Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase history.

  Select Items

  Choose the items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the return from the provided menu.

  Print & Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your unworn shoes in their original Easy Spirit box.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
